ALM accelerator for Power Platform

We are using the ALM accelerator for Power Platform for our projects: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/guidance/coe/almacceleratorpowerplatform-components

It really helps us to standardize our CI/CD process with Power Platform customizations, plugins, front-end developments.

We would like to have a new feature in the ALM accelerator, therefore my colleague https://github.com/megel created a feature request to support multi-tenant installations: https://github.com/microsoft/coe-starter-kit/issues/3946#issuecomment-1288446057
